1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply, once incorporated, to all contracts for the purchase or licensing of goods, digital products, software, services, or other items (hereinafter “Products”) in the online shop under the above URL, in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. These T&C apply exclusively. Deviating T&C of the customer do not become part of the contract unless the Provider expressly agrees to them.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The offers in the online shop constitute a non-binding invitation by the Provider to online shop visitors to submit an offer to purchase the Products offered in the shop.
2.2 The order of the Products is placed via the Provider’s online order form. After selecting the desired Products, entering all required information, and completing all mandatory steps in the ordering process, the selected Products can be ordered by clicking the order button at the end of the checkout page. By placing the order, the customer submits a binding contractual offer to purchase the selected Products. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the customer’s offer, e.g., by order confirmation email, delivery of the Products, or payment request.
2.3 Before submitting the binding order, the customer can review and correct entries at any time using standard input functions.
2.4 The Provider stores the contract text and sends it to the customer in text form (e.g., email). The contract text is not accessible beyond this unless via a customer account.
2.5 The contract language is English.
3. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

5. Retention of Title and License Grant

5.2 For software, digital content, or developed Products, the Provider grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for its intended purpose.
5.3 No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Delivery

8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1 The Provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty, for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for guarantees expressly assumed, and under mandatory statutory liability.
8.2 For negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
8.3 Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8.4 The customer indemnifies the Provider against third-party claims arising from unlawful or contractual violations by the customer.

The Provider does not guarantee any results, performance, profitability, or outcomes and expressly disclaims any responsibility for losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the Products.
By using the Products, the customer agrees that the Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, trading losses, lost profits, business interruption, or other damages arising from decisions or actions taken based on the Products.
