9. Affiliate / Referral Program

If you take part in our affiliate / referral program, we process additional personal data, used only to run the program and to pay you correctly. We never use it for marketing or profiling.

Eligibility (18+). Participation is limited to persons who are at least 18 years old. When you join, we record your confirmation that you are 18 or older, together with the date and time, the terms version, and your IP address and browser user-agent, as proof of consent.

Identity verification (KYC). Before a payout can be requested, you must complete an identity verification carried out by our payment provider Stripe (Stripe Identity). You submit your identity document (and, where required, a selfie) directly to Stripe; we never receive or store your identity documents. From a completed verification we keep only the minimum: a verification status, your verified legal name, your country, and the verification timestamp.

Payout profile. For payout records we collect and store, encrypted at rest, your postal address and your date of birth. Your date of birth is also used to confirm the 18+ requirement.

Payout method details. The payout information you provide (for example a PayPal email address or bank/IBAN details) is encrypted at rest and is used only to send you your earnings.

Payout documentation (credit notes). When we pay a commission we generate and store a self-billing credit note as required by German tax law. Each credit note contains your name, address, the billing period, and the amount. These documents are available to you in your dashboard and to our administrators, and are retained for the statutory period.

Legal bases. Performance of the affiliate agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with our legal and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Stripe processes the identity check under its own privacy policy.

Retention. Affiliate and payout records (including credit notes) are kept for as long as needed to administer the program and to meet legal and tax retention obligations (typically 6 to 10 years under German law), after which they are deleted or anonymized.

The latest version will always be available on this website.
